Our Purpose

Imagine If Health was born from a moment that revealed just how broken medicine access could be. During a conversation with an oncologist, Jason learned that two patients had passed away while waiting for an access portal to launch — a tragedy so normalised that it was mentioned almost in passing. As he spoke with more clinicians and pharmacists, the pattern became clear: people were simply “putting up” with slow, fragmented access processes because there was no better alternative.

That realisation sparked a simple question:

Imagine if we could remove the wait and save lives today.

It became the mindset behind everything we build.

Our purpose is to remove friction from medicine access programs, reduce administrative burden for clinicians and pharmacies, and support better outcomes for patients who rely on special access, compassionate access or rare disease access pathways.

Jason Macey, Founder and CEO

Meet Our Team

Jason Macey

Jason is the Director and Founder. He has a Bachelor of Science and first-class honours in pharmacology and medicinal chemistry. He then went on to complete an Executive Masters of Business Administration. He has worked in pharma for 20+ years and has diverse expertise in clinical trials, medical, commercial and diagnostic roles. He has launched a number of innovative medicines in the Australian market – many with complicated co-dependent submission strategies.

Jason lives in Sydney, loves the outdoors and with his DIY skills will one day be a contestant on The Block.

Dana Macey

Dana brings two decades of expertise in strategy, brand experience, customer solutions, and digital marketing. She is passionate about understanding customers—their motivations and journey. This insight allows her to create valuable and sustainable user experience strategies that drive engagement and foster long-term relationships.

Outside of work, Dana enjoys time with her family and has a keen interest in architecture and design.

Dodi Rogan

Dodi has extensive experience in private sector transport, economics and business management, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accountancy, and a Master’s Degree in Transport Management. Combining her business acumen with a commitment to optimising patient and client care, she strives for operational efficiency while ensuring that client priorities remain at the forefront.

In her spare time, Dodi enjoys life on their farm, spending time with her family, riding horses, and skiing on the Hawkesbury River.

Frank Chidwick

With a background in hospital pharmacy, Frank has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and is an expert at managing Patient Access and Support programs as well as Medical Information. He understands the operational challenges and intricacies of running Access Programs across multiple therapeutic areas and is driven by process to improve efficiency.

In his spare time Frank writes children’s books and is nurturing a passion for permaculture.

Peter Emmanouilidis

Peter is the Owner of The POP Team and is the Virtual CIO and Cyber Specialist for Imagine if Health. Renowned for his expertise, he excels in his field and brings invaluable insights to the team.

A long-time friend of Jason since their university days, Peter shares a common vision and values that make him and his team a seamless extension of Imagine If Health.

As an Australian Blue Cattledog, loyalty is his number one priority and he takes this role very seriously.

When he’s not herding the team—or chasing imaginary sheep—he’s ensuring that everyone stays in line and knows who the real boss is. With a wagging tail and a keen eye, he’s the ultimate guardian of good vibes around here!
